Customer service (import export)

Coordinate import & export shipments with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and warehouses
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation (B/L, Invoice, Packing List, permits, etc.)
- Liaise with customers, overseas agents, and customs brokers to ensure smooth shipment handling
- Monitor shipment schedules, ETA/ETD, and proactively resolve operational issues
- Coordinate internally with operations, sales, and accounts teams
- Ensure accurate documentation, timely updates, and high service standards
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in freight forwarding or logistics industry
- Familiar with import/export procedures and shipping documentation
- Knowledge of Incoterms and shipment flow is an advantage
- Able to work independently and manage multiple shipments
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
