Program Assistant (Education)

Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in any field or equivalent.
- Excellent organization skills, classroom management and communications skills.
- Able to work multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer literate with Microsoft Office.
- Proficient in English.
- Age below 35. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- 5.5 day work
- Possess own transport.
- Willing to work OT.
- Manage the the day-to-day operation, administration and communication of an education institution.
- Assist in the daily school duties eg. breaktime, lunch serving, dismissal etc.
- Capable to perform teaching and relief classes when necessary.
- Responsible to check and ensure quality of work submitted by teachers.
- Coordinate with teachers and parents regularly to resolve issues or provide feedback.
- Prepare paperwork eg quotation, invoice, timetable, report card, quiz/exam, printing, sorting, filing etc.
- Prepare marketing materials and social media posts to support enrolment and parents engagement.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
