- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of customers in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- A proactive approach to learning and applying sales techniques to understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Willingness to work full-time onsite at our Bandar Bukit Tinggi 2, Klang, Selangor, Malaysia location.
- Ability to build rapport with customers, provide exceptional service, and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process.
- Basic understanding of car features and specifications, with a strong desire to expand product knowledge.
- Team player mentality, eager to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive sales environment.
- Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Greet and welcome customers warmly as they enter the dealership, providing a positive first impression.
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for a new or used vehicle.
- Introduce and explain the features, benefits, and specifications of various car models, tailoring the information to customer inquiries.
- Conduct test drives for interested customers, demonstrating vehicle handling and performance in a safe and professional manner.
- Assist customers in the selection of the most suitable vehicle, answering all questions and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Provide information on financing options, warranty details, and after-sales services to aid in the customer's decision-making process.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment, ensuring vehicles are well-presented and appealing.
- Follow up with potential customers after their visit to the dealership, nurturing leads and encouraging a purchase decision.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Stay updated on new vehicle models, industry trends, and competitor offerings to provide informed advice to customers.
