- Achieve personal monthly sales targets
- Upselling & cross-selling — styling customers with MNML looks
- Build customer loyalty & repeat visits
- Handle inquiries, feedback & exchanges professionally
- Visual merchandising — maintain on-brand display floor
- Seasonal VM setup & promotional displays
- Daily store ops — POS, cash management, stock count
- Mentor junior Sales Associates
