Live Host Operation Officer

Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Broadcasting, Mass Comm, or related field
- Experience in live streaming, social media, or e-commerce preferred
- Strong interest in digital content and e-commerce trends
- Comfortable working evenings/weekends if needed (during campaigns)
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin is added advantage
- Computer literacy skills in Excel, Vlookup etc
- Schedule, coordinate, and manage live stream sessions
- Assist hosts during live shows (setup, flow, technical support)
- Track performance metrics (views, engagement, sales)
- Prepare scripts, rundown, and live content materials
- Troubleshoot technical issues during or before live sessions
- Communicate with marketing and product teams for planning
- Analysis live sales record data and calculate live host commissions
