We are looking for highly motivated person who are pasionate to build strong client relation and driving sales growth. This role offer you an opportunity to explore B2B market , while expanding market presence for Training & Corporate learning industries.
You’ll play a key role in strengthening partnerships and achieving sustainable year-on-year growth.
Who are we looking for?- Industry Experiance: At least 2 years experiance in the industry, however we also welcome fresh graduates to join us.
- Communication Skill : Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Adaptibility : Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Selling Skill : Exhibit good presentation technique, negotiation skill, objection handling and closing technique.
- Have good understanding of market analysis, need analysis and also able to identify business opportunity.
- Demonstrate empathy and active listening skills to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients.
- Willingness to work onsite or in Office.
- Willingness to work : Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)
- Identify and qualify new sales leads through proactive lead generation activities, including cold calling, networking, and online research, to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand client requirements and pain points, tailoring sales presentations and proposals to effectively address their specific needs and demonstrate the value proposition of training and development solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication, proactive problem-solving, and exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of offerings.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to secure profitable sales deals, while adhering to company guidelines and maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Utilize CRM software to accurately track sales activities, manage leads, and maintain up-to-date client information, ensuring efficient sales processes and accurate reporting.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline, prioritizing opportunities, and closing deals in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and delivery of high-quality training programs.
