Sales Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

Developing sales strategies to meet individual and company’s targets and objectives
- To maintain consistent and high level of services to customers within the assigned regions, especially those Top 10 customers must be visited at least twice a month.
- Continue researching prospects and generating leads to develop at least 5 new customers per year (includes reviving non-active customers within the region)
- Contacting potential and existing customers daily or periodically on phone calls, emails and in person to maintain consistent level of service
- Work closely with Customer Service team and keep track on all orders in hand, turning them into confirm sales
- Check and reconcile all payment received to avoid any missed-out invoices by customer. If so, reconfirm with customer and office to ensure all over dues settled immediately or within the same month
- Assist Sales Manager and company on any bad debts’ recovery within the region
- Attend to customer’s complaint promptly and make necessary arrangement with office to ensure all cases being handled and closed within 7 working days
- All customer’s CAR/NCR or complaint form must be acknowledged and reply within 7 working days, if not, customer must be well informed of the delay and reason
- Ensure all customer’s requirements, change of specification and latest activities being reported in the weekly Sales meeting and also communicated clearly to the production and Customer Service team for necessary actions to be taken
- To compile and submit monthly Sales and Collection report to Sales Manager and justify any shortfalls and long outstanding over dues
- Participate in company’s cost savings activities and make proposal and recommendation to improve company costing and profitability
- Gather and share with internal team and management any feedback from customers, latest market news and activities in order to maintain a proactive marketing strategy
- Participate in yearly sales target review and setting.
