Responsibilities
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gains and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customers' needs
- Researching prospective accounts in target markets
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Prepare proposals/contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals
- Attending conferences and industry events
- To comply ISOP for Quality Management System effectiveness and to ensure compliances to the respective development
- Bachelor's Degree specialised in marketing, business development, property management or related discipline.
- Experience: 4 to 6 years
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Clear strategic mindset with analytical focus.
- Marketing and product development skills.
- Project management, problem solving, organizational and planning skills
- Business plan and report writing skills
- Computer literate with ability to create business proposal presentation slides including graphics, tables, forms and charts.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English and able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia.
