iDoCatering is Kuala Lumpur’s premier caterer, specializing in off-site catering services for all sizes of the private, group, and corporate events.

1. Sales & Lead Generation

• Hit sales targets by prospecting new clients through inquiries, leads, and networking.
• Identify customer pain points and recommend suitable products or services.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.

1. Business Development & Client Engagement

• Develop new business opportunities by engaging and securing potential clients.
• Build long-term relationships with customers to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
• Follow up on inquiries and maintain regular communication with clients.

1. Customer Feedback & Market Analysis

• Track customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor and analyze service and product performance to enhance offerings.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry changes.

1. Candidate must possess Diploma/Degree from any program
2. Proficient in English and Mandarin will be a necessity.
3. High adaptability to a challenging environment.
4. Good communication skills & feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to present our products and services.
5. Computer literate, good knowledge of MS Office operation, excel.
