Reserve Store Manager - Petaling Jaya

Job Responsibilities:

• Store Operations:

1. Oversee the daily operations of the store.
2. Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.
3. Manage inventory levels, including stock taking, ordering, and replenishment of products.
4. Handle opening and closing procedures of the store.

• Sales and Customer Service:

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
2. Monitor and analyze sales performance, and create action plans for improvement.
3. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints.
4. Organize and execute promotional activities to drive sales.

• Team Management:

1. Recruit, train, and supervise store staff to ensure high performance.
2. Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
3. Foster a positive and motivating work environment for the team.
4. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.

• Financial Management:

1. Manage the store’s budget and control operational costs.
2. Handle daily financial transactions, including cash management and reconciliation.
3. Prepare and submit financial reports as required.

• Compliance and Safety:

1. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
2. Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and staff.
3. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to safety regulations.

• Reporting and Communication:

1. Report to senior management on store performance, including sales, inventory, and staff issues.
