Job Description

The Business Operations Executive will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of projects and operations within the organization. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

• Collect, clean, and maintain large datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Develop and implement data management strategies to optimize reporting and analysis.
• Prepare and generate weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports to track key business metrics.
• Maintain dashboards and reporting tools to provide real-time insights for stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies through regular audits and quality checks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and streamline reporting processes.
• Analyze data trends and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Automate repetitive data tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Document data processes and best practices to ensure consistency.
• Support other data-related projects as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data visualization).
• Experience with data cleaning, maintenance, and validation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools is a plus.
