About the Role
We're looking for a friendly, proactive, and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team! You’ll be the go-to person for supporting our members, managing communications, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer support through WhatsApp, phone, email, and in-studio interactions
- Respond promptly to customer queries and Meta leads (Facebook/Instagram)
- Proactively invite potential leads for trial classes and follow up
- Assist with onboarding and managing memberships (sign-ups, cancellations, changes)
- Liaise with corporate secretary and support administrative processes when needed
- Track studio and individual performance data to support team goals
- Work closely with coaches and team members to deliver a seamless member experience
- Maintain accurate customer and lead records in our CRM system
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, helpful attitude and a customer-first mindset
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with Meta platforms, CRM systems, and Excel/Google Sheets
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or admin roles is a plus
- Passion or interest in fitness and wellness is a bonus!
