Brand & Marketing Manager

A growing brand is looking for a hands-on Brand & Marketing Manager to support its next phase of growth. This role will play an important part in building the brand, growing market presence, and supporting the overall business direction.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys working in a lean environment, collaborating closely with a founder, and being involved across both planning and execution. The scope covers brand-building, campaign rollout, digital marketing, and overall marketing support for a growing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute marketing initiatives to grow brand awareness and market presence.
• Support the development of the brand direction together with the founder.
• Drive marketing activities across digital and relevant offline touchpoints

• Plan and manage campaign rollouts across social media and marketing channels
• Plan and manage campaign rollouts across social media and marketing channels.
• Work with external partners, agencies, creators, or vendors where needed.
• Ensure campaigns are executed smoothly and aligned with business goals.

• Monitor campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
• Track effectiveness of marketing activities and support optimization efforts
• Contribute ideas and structure in a growing business environment
• Support the business in a hands-on way beyond just campaign planning
• 3–5 years of experience in brand, marketing, or digital marketing.
• Hands-on marketing experience, not purely strategy-focused.
• Experience working closely with a founder or business owner is highly preferred.
• Exposure to beauty, personal care, lifestyle, or consumer brands is an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a small team environment.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin and English effectively.
• Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and adaptability.
