Junior Project Manager

Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and milestones
- Liaise with clients and internal team (designers, developers, freelancers)
- Handle follow-ups, updates, and meeting coordination
- Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Support preparation of presentations, proposals, and documentation
- Assist in on-site coordination during installation/testing
- Ensure smooth communication between client and creative team
- Strong communication skills (English required, Mandarin preferred)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Proactive mindset — follows up without being told
- Basic understanding of creative/media production is a plus
- Willing to travel to KL when required
- Interested to grow into Project Manager / Producer role
