Sales Marketing Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive/Manager to drive business growth within the electronics manufacturing sector. This role focuses on expanding the customer base, managing key client accounts, and promoting advanced solutions such as PCBA and burn-in boards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B technical sales, particularly within PCB Assembly (EMS) or Original Design Manufacturing (ODM), and is comfortable working closely with engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably within PCB Assembly (EMS) or Original Design Manufacturing (ODM)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Electronics, or a related field
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the electronics or manufacturing industry
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proactive, independent, and results-oriented with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering/R&D
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to support business communication with clients and stakeholders

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence
• Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
• Promote and sell company products, including PCBA and burn-in board solutions
• Prepare cost estimations, quotations, and proposals, and follow up to secure business opportunities
• Collaborate closely with R&D and engineering teams to ensure product alignment with customer requirements
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
