In this role, you will be the technical anchor for the assembly line, bridging the gap between R&D designs and physical production. You will be responsible for ensuring that complex electrical schematics are translated into flawless cabinet layouts and wiring standards.
- Create comprehensive electrical work instructions, BOMs, and self-inspection checklists based on 3D drawings and signal distribution tables provided by the R&D team.
- Independently develop 3D layout designs for electrical cabinets and plan intricate cable routing and bridges using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or EPLAN.
- Set standard labor hours for electrical assembly to support manpower planning and cost calculations.
- Provide expert technical support on-floor, training production staff and external vendors on wiring standards, installation, and commissioning.

We need a "hardware-first" engineer who understands the mechanics of manpower-heavy assembly lines, specifically within the non-standard automation or machinery industries.- Education: A Degree in Mechatronics, Automation, or a related engineering field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in electrical assembly and commissioning of non-standard automation systems.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with mechanical assembly, pneumatic systems, and basic PLC/servo systems
- Software: Proficient in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or EPLAN.
