Video Content Producer (Mandarin Speaker)

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Art / Design / Creative Multimedia, Advertising / Media or equivalent

• Strong portfolio showcasing commercial video work (advertisements, promotional content, branded videos).
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Excellent command of both Mandarin and English languages, with the ability to create engaging video content in Mandarin.
• Solid understanding of video production techniques, including lighting, sound, and camera operation.
• Experience in developing video content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and online advertising.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of current trends in video content and digital marketing.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Kuala Lumpur.
• Conceptualize, produce, and edit engaging video content in Mandarin, tailored for RiceBowl's target audience of Mandarin-speaking job seekers and employers.
• Manage the end-to-end video production process, from initial concept and scripting to filming, editing, and final delivery, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Develop creative video strategies and content calendars that align with RiceBowl's marketing objectives and promote platform engagement among Mandarin-speaking users.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to identify trending topics and create relevant video content that addresses the needs and interests of the Mandarin-speaking job market in Malaysia.
• Conduct video shoots, both in-studio and on-location, ensuring proper lighting, sound, and camera angles to capture professional-quality footage.
• Proficiently utilize video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to create visually appealing and informative videos, incorporating graphics, animations, and subtitles as needed.
• Optimize video content for various online platforms, including RiceBowl's website, social media channels, and video-sharing platforms, ensuring optimal viewing experience and maximizing reach within the Mandarin-speaking community.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest video production trends, techniques, and technologies, and proactively implement innovative approaches to enhance the quality and effectiveness of video content.
• Manage and maintain video equipment, ensuring proper functionality and performing routine maintenance as needed.
• Translate English video content into Mandarin and vice versa, ensuring accurate and culturally relevant adaptation for different language audiences.
