Refrigeration Technician
Your Job Role
✅Install, repair, and maintain refrigeration systems, including refrigerators, and some others electrical & gas products.
✅Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, including mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant-related problems.
✅Repair or replace faulty components, such as compressors, condensers, evaporators, motors, fans, heater and many more
✅Perform regular preventive maintenance on refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns.
✅Conduct system tests to verify performance, temperature control, and refrigerant levels.
✅Calibrate temperature controls, thermostats, and pressure switches as needed.
✅Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
✅Adhere to relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards for handling refrigerants and electrical systems.
✅Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and parts inventory.
✅Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
✅Stay updated with advancements in refrigeration technology, industry trends, and best practices.
✅Collaborate with team members and contractors to complete projects and assignments.
✅Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior/or manager
What is the right people criteria ?
✅Diploma/Spm/Degree or equivalent. ✅Relevant certifications or vocational training is a plus.
✅Min 2 years’ experience as a Refrigeration Technician or similar role.
✅Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems and components.
✅Familiarity with electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
✅Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
✅Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
✅Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and safety.
✅Excellent communication and customer service skills.
✅Ability to work independently and under pressure.
