Possess a minimum of Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certification or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to accurately and efficiently perform data entry tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with colleagues and customers.
  • Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all administrative tasks.
  • Must be able to work onsite at our Masai location.
  • Manage and maintain accurate data entry in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for reporting purposes.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to all departments, including but not limited to, managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy retrieval of information and compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required by management, utilizing proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance, ensuring a well-stocked and functional work environment.
  • Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.
