Education and Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in film, video production or a related field is preferred.
Experience in video production, editing and social media management.
Skills
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar).
Experience with camera equipment, lighting and audio recording techniques.
Ability to operate and maintain video equipment.
Proficiency in AI generative tools (Dall.E, Heygen, ChatGPT, Midjourney or similar)
Creative Skills:
Strong storytelling abilities.
Ability to create visually appealing and engaging content.
Understanding of social media trends and best practices.

Content Creation:
Ensure video content aligns with brand guidelines, social media strategies and target audience preferences.
Develop and plan video content ideas, storylines, and scripts.
Shoot high-quality video footage, ensuring good lighting, audio, and composition.
Edit video footage, incorporating graphics, text, music, and transitions to create compelling and engaging content.
Create engaging captions and descriptions for social media posts.
Adopts AI-powered tools and services in accelerating video creation processes
Platform Optimization:
Understand the specific requirements and best practices of various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube).
Tailor video content to each platform's format, length, and audience.
Ensure videos are optimized for mobile viewing and high-quality playback.
Content Calendar and Scheduling:
Work with relevant stakeholder(s) to develop and maintain a content calendar.
Publish video content on social media platforms according to content calendar.
