- Marketing Campaign Development: Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns that align with the mission to enhance pet care and promote animal welfare while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success, brand consistency, and a unified message that resonates with pet lovers.
- Online Marketing: Design and execute engaging online marketing strategies across platforms such as social media (Facebook, Instagram), email, and our website, while analyzing and reporting on campaign performance to refine strategies and boost community engagement using data-driven insights.
- Resource and Budget Management: Plan and manage the resources and budget allocation for online and offline marketing initiatives, ensuring financial discipline and maximizing impact for every dollar spent to achieve campaign goals.
- Event Planning and Management: Plan, organize, and execute events such as pet adoption drives, workshops, and community outreach activities to strengthen brand presence and foster community engagement, while coordinating logistics, vendors, and promotional activities to ensure each event's success and create memorable experiences for participants.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts that drive results, while maintaining effective communication with external partners, vendors, and agencies to foster positive relationships and enhance marketing initiatives.
