Golden Destinations by ICE HOLIDAYS Sdn Bhd is a leading B2B travel wholesaler in Malaysia, with a unique business model offering ready-made products and packages to partners, backed by established and matured branding. Their marketing concept is to develop marketable travel packages based on market demand and trends, offered through their dynamic B2B booking engine.

This is a full-time on-site role as a Graphic Designer at Golden Destinations by ICE HOLIDAYS Sdn Bhd's office in Malaysia.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the travel or tourism industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Additional language is a plus).
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other relevant design tools.
- Familiarity with video editing software or motion graphics tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Knowledge of web design principles, UI/UX best practices, and digital marketing platforms.
- Experience designing for both digital and print formats, with an eye for detail and consistency across materials.
- Strong Organizational and Time-management Skills, with the ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your graphic design work and creativity.
- Creative thinking with a passion for producing visually impactful designs that support business goals.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality designs.
- A customer-focused mindset, ensuring that all designs resonate with the target audience and meet business expectations.
- Create visually compelling designs for a variety of materials, including digital ads, brochures, websites, social media content, presentations, and email campaigns.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Events teams to design event collateral such as banners, flyers, signage, and promotional materials for trade shows, webinars, and roadshows.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand design requirements, ensuring that all materials align with business goals and client expectations.
- Develop brand-consistent designs that convey clear messaging and meet the needs of the business.
- Design content for social media platforms, digital marketing campaigns, and online advertisements to enhance engagement and brand presence.
- Ensure that designs are visually appealing, functional, and optimized for various platforms (e.g., web, mobile, and print).
- Assist in the creation of promotional graphics, such as email templates, newsletters, and client-facing materials, ensuring all assets align with the company’s brand identity.
- Review and maintain consistency in design elements across all channels and ensure adherence to the company's branding guidelines.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
- Assist in producing design templates for the company’s presentations, reports, and proposals to ensure professional and cohesive visual communication.
- Provide input on design improvements and trends to continually elevate the company’s visual communication efforts.
- Update and maintain the design archive, ensuring that all visual assets are organized and easily accessible.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to elevate the company’s visual storytelling.
- Ensure all design work is delivered on time and meets the highest standards of quality and creativity.
