Key Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising daily production activities to ensure targets are met
- Monitor production processes and help maintain workflow efficiency
- Support in coordinating manpower, materials, and equipment usage
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Assist in quality control checks and ensure products meet required standards
- Help track production output and prepare daily or weekly reports
- Identify issues in the production line and report them to supervisors
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity
- Coordinate with other departments such as quality control, maintenance, and logistics
- Participate in team meetings and provide updates on assigned tasks
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field
- Strong interest in production, manufacturing, or operations management
- Basic understanding of production processes (internship or coursework exposure is an advantage)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office such as Excel and Word)
