Your job is to discover, design, and launch trendy products for brands — not just source them.
If you enjoy spotting trends, saving product ideas on TikTok/XHS, or thinking “this would be such a cool product”… this role is for you.
We’re not looking for a traditional purchaser.We’re looking for someone creative, curious, and excited to turn ideas into real products.
Fresh grads welcome, Mandarin literacy required!
What You’ll Do- Research and identify trending products, concepts, and ideas
- Propose creative product ideas for corporate gifts & branded merchandise
- Work with suppliers to develop and customise products
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales/design) to bring ideas to life
- Explore new materials, packaging, and product concepts
- Use tools (including AI) to speed up ideation and research
- Chinese literate (able to read & communicate in Mandarin with suppliers)
- Strong interest in trends, products, or aesthetics (TikTok/XHS/Pinterest)
- Creative thinker with initiative (you don’t wait to be told what to do)
- Good communication & coordination skills
- Open to learning, fast-paced environment
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years experience are welcome
- Hands-on exposure to real product development
