Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field

• At least 1–2 years of experience in administrative or sales support roles.
• Experience in the automotive industry is an added advantage (if applicable).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

1. To ensure process of registration of all vehicles, (sales invoices, coordinate on invoices for disbursement of H/P Loan paperwork for MYEG & JPJ ownership transfer).
2. To prepare and monitor the insurance quotation, cover note and road tax as well for renewal
3. To monitor and keep record of all vehicles purchases and relevant documents.
4. To monitor and coordinate fleet process of all new unit vehicles
5. To make appointment for necessary inspection for vehicles registration and interchange
6. To raise PO to body builder & ensure timely delivery of commercial vehicle body
7. Undertake other administrative support duties as assigned
