We are currently seeking an exceptional professional to join us as Sales Manager
As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry Customers are at the heart of our business.
The Sales Manager is accountable for managing the successful execution of Incora sales initiatives, policies and programs for a specific location, in support of business plans and strategic objectives; and for pursuing new business to meet annual Company goals.
Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate departmental and company sales objectives, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy and maintaining proactive communication with senior leadership.
- Build and lead the sales team through structured coaching, weekly performance reviews, and individualized development plans.
- Drive sales performance by developing strategies to maximize revenue from existing accounts and proactively identifying, proposing, and negotiating value-added sales and service opportunities.
- Champion a culture of customer focus and professionalism, building and maintaining strategic, long-term partnerships with key customers and potential clients.
- Identify and execute opportunities to grow revenue, improve profitability, and enhance operational efficiency while ensuring effective cost management.
- Oversee team workflow, setting priorities, managing resources, and ensuring seamless coordination among all the related teams.
- Collaborate closely with the Outside Sales team to convert sales leads into profitable, long-term customer relationships.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of market trends, competitor activity, supplier offerings, and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with customer approvals, contractual obligations, and quality standards, maintaining a high standard of operational excellence.
- Lead and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, driving process enhancements and best practice adoption within the Sales function.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher. Aerospace Engineering, Business or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of proven experience in Sales, including significant managerial or senior supervisory role leading a sales team.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g.: Mandarin/Korean) will be a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and maintain strong, effective working relationships with internal teams, customers, and external partners.
- Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with proven capability in driving team performance and business growth.
- Strong commercial awareness with excellent customer service, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently at all organizational levels.
- Proactive, results-driven, and action-oriented, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
