Job Requirements
- Education: SPM or an equivalent or higher qualification.
- Experience: Junior Level: fresh graduates welcome; 1-3 years retail experience, fashion knowledge preferred, Senior Level: 3+ years’ experience, strong sales & leadership skills.
- Preferably in fashion or apparel, with an advantage for those with men's clothing sales experience.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
- Involve in Developing Omni-Chanel Strategy.
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing fashion products.
- Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge.
- Meet individual and team sales targets.
- Handle cashier transactions, exchanges, and returns.
- Maintain store cleanliness and stock display.
- Support stock management and visual merchandising.
