Prior experience in a hotel lounge, bistro, or European restaurant is preferred

Willing to work in a non-halal restaurant environment
Basic knowledge of wines, whiskies, and alcoholic beverages is an advantage
Friendly personality with good communication skills
Able to communicate in English and Mandarin

Working Schedule

6 days per week
2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
1-hour meal break

Service Crew

Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take customer orders accurately and process payments
Serve food and beverages promptly

Kitchen Helper

Assist in basic food preparation (cutting, washing, peeling ingredients)
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and equipment
Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking tools
Support chefs in daily kitchen operations

Assistant Chef

Assist the chef in food preparation and cooking
Prepare ingredients and ensure proper portioning
Cook dishes according to recipes and standards
Ensure food quality, presentation, and taste consistency
