Prior experience in a hotel lounge, bistro, or European restaurant is preferred
  • Willing to work in a non-halal restaurant environment
  • Basic knowledge of wines, whiskies, and alcoholic beverages is an advantage
  • Friendly personality with good communication skills
  • Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
Working Schedule
  • 6 days per week
  • 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • 1-hour meal break
Service Crew
  • Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take customer orders accurately and process payments
  • Serve food and beverages promptly

Kitchen Helper
  • Assist in basic food preparation (cutting, washing, peeling ingredients)
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and equipment
  • Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking tools
  • Support chefs in daily kitchen operations
  • (Non-Halal Restaurant)
Assistant Chef
  • Assist the chef in food preparation and cooking
  • Prepare ingredients and ensure proper portioning
  • Cook dishes according to recipes and standards
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and taste consistency
