Prepare progress claims, payment certificates, variation orders, and final accounts.
- Contract Administration including Pre and Post Tender Administration.
- Liaise and coordinate with sub-contractors on contract matters, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Prepare tendering documents, measurements, and bills of quantities.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior
- Diploma or Degree student Civil/Mechanical engineering or any related study
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
