Ideal for individuals looking to start a career in the Interior Design and Renovation field. Training will be provided.

Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia or English. Mandarin speaking is a plus but not necessarily a must.

• Attention to Detail: Ensuring interior finishes and workmanship meet the required quality and design standards.
• Time Management: Ability to meet project deadlines and manage site schedules effectively.
• Project Oversight: Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities.
• Coordination: Coordinate work schedules, subcontractors, and material deliveries.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
• Quality Control: Conduct site inspections, monitor quality standards, and address any issues.
• Communication: Maintain clear communication with project managers, subcontractors, and workers.
• Documentation: Update site progress with photos via WhatsApp; prepare and submit applications for mall work permits.
• Resource Management: Ensure the availability of necessary resources (materials, equipment, personnel).
• Problem Solving: Identify and address any issues or delays that may arise during the project.
• On-the-job Training: Comprehensive training provided for candidates new to the industry.
