Key Responsibilities- Assist the Outlet Manager in managing the assigned outlet
- Supervise day-to-day outlet operations during assigned shifts
- Ensure high standards of customer service and hospitality
- Lead and guide service crew and junior staff
- Ensure staff follow SOPs, grooming, and service standards
- Assist in training and onboarding new employees
- Supervise service floor staff to deliver interactive BBQ service
- Ensure proper grilling assistance is provided when required to enhance guest experience
- Monitor table readiness, cleanliness, and reset efficiency
- Oversee daily operations and ensure all service procedures and cost control policies are followed
- Ensure both FOH and BOH areas are maintained at the highest level of cleanliness and tidiness
- Conduct daily briefings and provide updates on reservations, events, and promotions
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen to ensure accurate and timely food delivery"
