Require to speak and write in Mandarin due using Accounting System from Taiwan.

Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia will be an advantage.
Possess at least SPM/Diploma in Accounting.
At least 2 years of related experience will be an advantage.
Able to handle full set of account.
Perform responsibilities with minimum supervision.
Self-motivated.
Good interpersonal & communication skills to work with other team in organization.
To handle/assist full set of accounts and cash flow management.
To handle/assist accounts receivables and account payables.
To handle/assist correspondence with suppliers and authorities/3rd parties.
Ensuring in timely closing of monthly accounts.
Handle of filing, keep record and assuring accurate documents filing.
General office administration works.
Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
Prepare related companies transactions and ensure reconciling items are followed up properly.
To prepare, analyse and report financial results.
Ensure accounting records & systems are in compliance with company policies, approved accounting standards and statutory requirements.
Any ad hoc tasks assign by Head of Department.
