Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively assist a diverse customer base.
- Demonstrated ability to actively listen to customer concerns, identify root causes, and provide clear, concise, and accurate solutions.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment, ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries.
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new software and systems relevant to customer support operations.
- Work 6 days per week
- Has customer service experiences. Salary based on experiences.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, providing accurate information and solutions.
- Assist customers with product-related questions, troubleshooting common issues, and guiding them through basic processes.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system, ensuring detailed and organized records.
- Escalate complex or unresolved customer issues to senior support staff or relevant departments for further investigation and resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, improve support processes, and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Provide support in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to cater to our diverse customer base, ensuring improved localization and a more relevant experience for users across regions.
- Shift allowance during certain public holiday
