  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment, ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries.
  • Basic computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new software and systems relevant to customer support operations.
  • Work 6 days per week

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, providing accurate information and solutions.
  • Assist customers with product-related questions, troubleshooting common issues, and guiding them through basic processes.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system, ensuring detailed and organized records.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved customer issues to senior support staff or relevant departments for further investigation and resolution.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, improve support processes, and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Provide support in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to cater to our diverse customer base, ensuring improved localization and a more relevant experience for users across regions.
  • Shift allowance during certain public holiday
