QA Engineer

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Manufacturing Engineering
- 1-3 years experience in related field
- Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Spoken & Written). Mandarin is a plus
- Basic knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, SPC, APQP, PPAP)
- Understanding of mechanical and electrical components is an advantage
- Able to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork ability
- Experience in automotive or manufacturing industry
- Familiarity with IATF 16949 requirements
- Knowledge in Six Sigma / Lean Manufacturing
- Experience in handling customer or supplier quality issues
- Ensure product quality meets customer and technical requirements
- Monitor production quality performance using data and SPC tools
- Perform inspections on incoming, in-process, and finished products
- Participate in product testing and validation activities
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions (5 Why, 8D, Fishbone)
- Drive continuous improvement to reduce defects and increase efficiency
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, reports, and control plans.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate effective resolution
- Support internal audits and supplier quality management
