About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, motivated, and trend-aware Junior Marketing Associate to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career marketer who wants to grow across the full spectrum of 360 marketing, from social media and video content to inbound strategies such as SEO and blog marketing.

You’ll be hands-on in content creation, social media management, and short-form video production, while also gaining valuable experience in inbound marketing techniques that drive long-term growth and lead generation.

• Create engaging digital content including social media posts, short-form videos, blogs, and visuals.
• Plan and shoot content for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Stay current with trends, formats, and audience behavior on social platforms.
• Plan and execute content calendars across various channels.
• Learn and assist with inbound marketing strategies including SEO and blog marketing.
• Collaborate with designers, content strategists, and other marketing team members to deliver consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
• Strong understanding of current social media trends, platforms (Instagram and TikTok), and content formats
• Hands-on experience in shooting content for social media (using a phone or camera)
• Ability to brainstorm and execute content ideas that align with brand goals and trending topics
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal for content creation and communication
• A creative mindset with a keen eye for visual storytelling
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• A team player who’s open to feedback and collaborative work
