- Case Analysis: Review patient records—including scans, x-rays, photos, and prescriptions—to design clinically appropriate treatment strategies
- Tooth Movement Design: Determine tooth positioning and movement stages in line with internal clinical protocols for optimal outcomes
- Collaboration: Partner with Quality Control and clinical teams to refine treatment plans, ensuring alignment with both internal standards and doctor requirements
- Annual Leave (AL): Begins after probation — 8 days initially, with 1 additional day for each completed year of service
