Internship Marketing & Sales Intern

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing & Sales Intern to support our marketing and sales operations. This role provides hands-on exposure in real estate/business development, client engagement, and marketing campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online & offline)
• Support sales team in lead generation and client follow-ups
• Update and maintain customer database/CRM system
• Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and reports
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Manage basic social media content posting and scheduling
• Support coordination of marketing events (launches, exhibitions, roadshows)

• Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Internship duration: minimum 3 months (preferably 3–6 months)
• Able to work full-time during internship period
• Strong interest in marketing, sales, or real estate industry
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
