Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) in accordance with company policies
- Source and compare quotations from suppliers
- Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, and delivery schedules
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods/services
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies when necessary
- Assist in negotiating contracts and pricing with suppliers
- Resolve discrepancies in invoices, deliveries, or quality issues
- Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and company policies
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative roles (1–3 years preferred)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and purchasing
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
