Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in civil and structural engineering

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Strong knowledge in project planning, site supervision, and construction methodologies
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Oversee and manage construction projects from planning to completion
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
• Prepare and review technical reports, project documentation, and progress updates
• Conduct site inspections to monitor work progress and ensure compliance with safety and design standards
• Identify and resolve any technical issues or delays during the project lifecycle
