Residential Interior Designer

Diploma in Interior Design or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in interior design.
- Proficiency in Interior Design software such as SketchUp, 3D Studio Max, and AutoCAD.
- Strong skills in space planning and design conceptualization.
- Ability to produce detailed technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Mandarin and English.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Assist senior designers in developing design concepts and solutions based on client needs and project requirements.
- Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using AutoCAD, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry standards.
- Create 3D models and renderings using SketchUp and 3D Studio Max to visualize design concepts and present them to clients.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information about existing conditions and ensure accurate project execution.
- Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project completion.
- Select and specify furniture, fixtures, equipment, and materials, considering aesthetics, functionality, and budget constraints.
- Assist in space planning and layout design to optimize functionality and create aesthetically pleasing environments.
- Communicate effectively in Mandarin with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure clear understanding and project alignment.
