- 1-2 years of proven experience in a digital marketing role, preferably within the beauty or retail industry.
- Demonstrable experience with SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
- Proficiency in managing and executing social media marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Experience in creating engaging and relevant content for digital channels, aligning with brand messaging.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and strategies for customer engagement and lead nurturing.
- Understanding of digital marketing strategy development and execution to achieve business objectives.
- Ability to analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and generate insightful reports.
- Experience in brand management and ensuring consistent brand representation across all digital touchpoints.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including SEO, social media, content marketing, and email marketing to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and others, creating engaging content and interacting with the online community.
- Assist in the creation and optimization of website content, blog posts, and other marketing materials to improve search engine rankings and user engagement.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, providing regular reports on key metrics and insights for optimization.
- Support the implementation of digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives and brand positioning.
