Personal Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support senior management in daily administrative tasks, scheduling, and travel coordination. The ideal candidate must be flexible, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Candidates must possess at least Degree
• Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools
• Willingness to travel frequently and work outside the home base (including overstate assignments)
• Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion at all times
• Flexible with working hours, including weekends or after office hours, when needed
• Possess a valid driving license (preferred)
• Manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, including minute-taking and follow-ups
• Handle confidential documents and information with discretion
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required
• Accompany and assist during business trips, meetings, and site visits
• Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
• Perform ad-hoc personal errands and tasks as requested
