- Plan and execute social media content calendars, ensuring consistent posting schedules and alignment with marketing objectives.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and actively integrate relevant trends into our content strategy.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and fostering meaningful interactions.
- KOL (Key Opinion Leader) / Influencer Marketing:
- Identify, vet, and establish relationships with relevant KOLs and influencers across various niches in SEA.
- Develop and negotiate collaboration proposals, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
- Manage end-to-end KOL campaigns, from briefing to content review, tracking performance, and reporting.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with key influencers to build a strong network of brand advocates.
- Strategy & Analytics:
- Assist in developing comprehensive social media and KOL marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance using relevant analytics tools.
- Track KOL campaign effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
- Stay updated on social media best practices, industry trends, and competitor activities in the Malaysian digital landscape.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and campaign integration.
