- Possess 3-5 years of proven experience in project coordination, preferably within the construction works, road & highway maintenance.
- Demonstrated understanding and application of construction management principles and practices.
- Experience in site supervision, including coordinating site activities and ensuring adherence to project schedules.
- Proficiency in documentation management, including maintaining project records, reports, and correspondence.
- Familiarity with material procurement processes and managing supplier relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Coordinate project management documentation for site meetings, submissions, testing, commissioning, and handover.
