Site Coordinator

Job Requirements
- 3–5 years experience in wallpaper, carpet, flooring, or interior fit-out industry (Fresh Grads are welcome too!)
- Must have own transport and valid driving license
- Good time management, scheduling, and communication skills
- Presentable, confident, responsible, and able to work independently
- Strong problem-solving mindset and leadership skills
- Willing to learn and follow company SOP and systems
- Able to manage installers and handle clients professionally
- Weekend/OT work may be required based on project basis (OT provided)
- Able to read basic drawings/layout plans
- Knowledge in site measurement and material coordination
- Familiar with WhatsApp, Excel, and basic project coordination tools
- Manage project scheduling and site coordination
- Monitor installation works and project progress
- Communicate with clients, installers, contractors, and internal team
- Ensure projects are completed on time with good workmanship
- Solve site issues professionally and efficiently
- Handle site inspections, measurements, and manpower arrangement
