Social Media & Content Strategist (Senior Executive)

We’re looking for a social media whizz who’s as confident in front of the camera as they are crafting viral content strategies behind the scenes. You’re a natural storyteller, a fast-moving content creator, and someone who’s obsessed with trends, pets, and performance metrics.

If your idea of a good day involves shooting TikToks, ideating viral Instagram Reels, building online communities, and driving real results through creative content—this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Creation
  • Ideate, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality content across platforms (Reels, TikToks, Stories, Posts, Shorts).
  • Manage day-to-day content calendar and publishing across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Develop a fun, relatable, and authentic brand voice that resonates with the pet-loving community.
  • Track social media trends, algorithm changes, and viral moments to keep content fresh and engaging.
  • Analyze performance metrics and use data to guide content optimization.
Influencer & Community Marketing
  • Identify and manage relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and UGC creators.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, DMs, and trending discussions in real time.
  • Plan and execute strategies to encourage user-generated content and community participation.
Brand & Marketing Strategy
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging, tone, and visuals across all digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing, design, and creative teams on campaign ideation and execution.
  • Produce assets for both organic and paid campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and engagement.
  • Contribute to broader marketing initiatives, including email, retail promotions, and product launches.
Events & Promotions
  • Attend and create real-time content at events, activations, and in-store happenings.
  • Coordinate with retail and eCommerce teams to promote time-sensitive campaigns (e.g. flash sales, new store openings).
  • 3–5 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • Hands-on skills in video editing, mobile content creation, and copywriting.
  • Deep understanding of social media algorithms, analytics tools, and platform best practices.
  • A creative mindset with strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience working with influencers or managing partnerships is a big plus.
  • Passion for pets and familiarity with pet-parent communities is a bonus!
