Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide first and second level technical support to employees
  • Troubleshoot hardware, softftware, networks, printers, door access systems, CCTV and systemissues.
  • Manage IT tickets and ensure timely resolution of incidents and requests.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding of employees including account setup and deviceconfiguration.
  • Support Audio Visual requirements for the office including meeting rooms, events and adhoc setups.
  • Monitor and maintain company network infrastructure including switches, routers, WiFi access points, and internet connectivity.
  • Ensure network security and performance.
  • Administer plan and install Windows and Mac systems.
  • Plan and undertake scheduled maintenance and upgrades together with HQ teams.
  • Manage procurement, deployment, and maintenance of IT hardware such as laptops,desktops, printers, and POS devices.
  • Maintain an updated IT asset inventory and lifecycle management.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control across systems such as email,SharePoint, and internal applications.
  • Ensure systems are updated with the latest patches and security updates.
  • Assist in IT infrastructure upgrades and implementation of new technologies.
  • Support IT projects such as system migrations, network upgrades, and automation initiatives.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve IT processes and implement improvements.
  • Monitor systems for potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Support audits and compliance requirements

Qualification & Experiences :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in IT support or IT operations.
  • Knowledge of networking, Windows/Mac systems, and cloud platforms.
  • Experience with IT ticketing systems and asset management.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of ITIL practices.
  • Experience with Lark
  • Experience with Microsoft ft entra, intune.
  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/P/IP, VPN, WiFi).
  • Experience supporting retail or multi-site environments is an advantage.
