Duties & Responsibilities
- To handle day-to-day accounting entry for AR
- Responsible for filing of documents
- Preparation of Credit Notes
- Perform receipt matching from customer
- Verification on stock returned by customer (RMA)
- Handle customer's B2B portal
- Assist in monthly account closing
- Assist in physical stock count for selected entity as and when required
- Data input/update into accounting schedules from time to time
- Liaison with sales person
- Any other duty/task assigned by the company
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post graduate diploma, Professional degree, Finance/Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent.
- At least 6 months of working experience or internship experience in the related field is required for this position
- Possess strong communication skills in English
- Proactive, independent & result driven and presentatble
- Analytical minded, effective communication & interpersonal skills.
- Hardworking with initiative and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
