Accounts Receivable Clerk

Duties & Responsibilities
  1. To handle day-to-day accounting entry for AR
  2. Responsible for filing of documents
  3. Preparation of Credit Notes
  4. Perform receipt matching from customer
  5. Verification on stock returned by customer (RMA)
  6. Handle customer's B2B portal
  7. Assist in monthly account closing
  8. Assist in physical stock count for selected entity as and when required
  9. Data input/update into accounting schedules from time to time
  10. Liaison with sales person
  11. Any other duty/task assigned by the company
Requirements
  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post graduate diploma, Professional degree, Finance/Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent.
  2. At least 6 months of working experience or internship experience in the related field is required for this position
  3. Possess strong communication skills in English
  4. Proactive, independent & result driven and presentatble
  5. Analytical minded, effective communication & interpersonal skills.
  6. Hardworking with initiative and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
