The Job- Continuous improvements including Kaizen, TQM, and other operation improvements systems
- Optimize production processes, systems & structures for operation efficiency and effectiveness.
- Equipment and processes meet operational, quality, and engineering standards.
- Cost-reduction and waste-elimination to reduce manufacturing cost.
- Increase factory productivity through machine capabilities, operators efficiency and work
- Time studies and work measurements for operators efficiency
- Special projects for new products development
- Capacity planning, capital budgeting, and long-term strategic planning
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment with strong industrial engineering exposure
- Strong initiative, analytical mindset, and commitment to meeting deadlines
- Applicants should be adept with engineering design software and systems
