Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or client relations (typically 3-5 years).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and provide actionable insights.
  • Leadership experience or ability to manage and mentor teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM tools)

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing strategic advice.
  • Regularly check in with clients to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement or growth.
  • Account Strategy & Planning:
  • Develop and execute account strategies to achieve client goals while aligning with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure services/products are tailored to meet those needs.
  • Lead the development of account plans, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Team Collaboration & Leadership:
  • Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, creative, finance, etc.) to ensure the successful delivery of services.
  • Lead project teams, ensuring roles and responsibilities are clearly defined and deadlines are met.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth, up-selling, and cross-selling services/products.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to bring in new clients and expand existing accounts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to offer clients innovative solutions.
  • Project Management:
-Oversee the execution of client projects, ensuring high-quality standards and timely delivery.
  • Monitor budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
  • Track account performance, preparing regular reports and updates for clients and internal teams.
  • Analyze data to assess account health, measure success, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on performance metrics.
