Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or client relations (typically 3-5 years).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and provide actionable insights.
- Leadership experience or ability to manage and mentor teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM tools)
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing strategic advice.
- Regularly check in with clients to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement or growth.
- Account Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute account strategies to achieve client goals while aligning with company objectives.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure services/products are tailored to meet those needs.
- Lead the development of account plans, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams.
- Team Collaboration & Leadership:
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, creative, finance, etc.) to ensure the successful delivery of services.
- Lead project teams, ensuring roles and responsibilities are clearly defined and deadlines are met.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth, up-selling, and cross-selling services/products.
- Collaborate with the sales team to bring in new clients and expand existing accounts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to offer clients innovative solutions.
- Project Management:
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects stay on track.
- Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Track account performance, preparing regular reports and updates for clients and internal teams.
- Analyze data to assess account health, measure success, and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on performance metrics.
